Battery stinks

Still cant get NEW battery, that took WEEKS to arrive, to take a charge!!!!
I would avoid this company and go with an aftermarket made battery

Yes, sorry for that. The battery was shipped from China directly and may takes two weeks to arrive. Especially it shipped as DG cargo and DDP.

Worst VESc experience

Delivery time was longer than expected. Zero installation instructions. Missing hall effect conversion adapter ( had to make my own). Had to make my own adapter for rear leds. Was finally directed to go to YouTube videos that didn't match my wheel or vesc (older version) . Support is always same person, always 2 or 3 days after request and in early am (china?) time. If asking more then one question , only response to one, almost never completely understood. Keep in mind I've down other VESC installs so this isn't completely new process.

Board is awesome

Board is awesome, I'm pretty old and only been riding electric skateboard since "2018" but this one wheel is crazy!!!
Also I was kinda stupid lol, about buying my board I didn't realize I could use a coupon to get almost $600 off purchase!
Andy in customer service, was quick to refund my money, how many companies do that for ya nowadays? That was really cool!!!
