    Shipping

    For single delivery address of USA, Canada, EU, UK, Austraila, Korea, Japan, we do DDP by air and duty/tariffs are prepaid. Normally the package can arrive in 15~25days.

    Russia/Vietnam/Thailand and Central Asian countries can ship by land to door address in 25days.
    Brazil/Argentine/Chile have to ship the board and battery by air seperately which take extra shipping cost 300USD and duty taxes unpaid. The buyers are required to provide the tax ID for custom clearence and pay the tariff duty. Takes 25~35days to arrive.

    Product Overview

    The Gosmilo X7 is assembled with the new Turbotrot motor. New designed axle, blocks, hub, longer magnets. Rated power 3000W and max torque to 60nm.

    Max speed 24.85mph/40kmh and more range to 37miles/60kms. With the new designed all terrain tire, you can extent and reach every corner.

    The Gosmilo one wheels are pre -programmed and turn on to play. No need to setup or reset the configs and software, factory tuned and calibrated, just take out from the box and power on to go.

    Redesigned rails, detachable motor cable and plastic parts for easy to assemble and disassemble.  And you will be easy to get the aftersale parts through our shop. That will be great helpful for the repair purpose.

    Warranty and Return

    Warranty:The Company warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months / 2000 KM (1243 miles), whichever comes first, except for complimentary items ( fender, railguard, carrying handle, led, tire and footpad)

    Return:

    1. We accept returns on all unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

    2. All refunds minus any shipping/restocking fee will be processed after an evaluation process.

    3. Consumers need to provide proof of purchase (payment proof, purchase time, purchase channel)

    4. After returning to the warehouse, the administrator will check and confirm that the product has no damage or traces of use. The refund will be made within 7 working days. The buyer needs to provide the returned account.

    If the board any failure to work, please do not initiate a return request immediately but contact Gosmilo team for how reactive the board.     What comes in the box?

    One Gosmilo X7, charger, one fender, a maghandle, and bumper are included.

    How does the Gosmilo work?

    It uses gyros, accelerometers, proprietary algorithms, and its direct-drive motor, which pairs with the aforementioned components, to determine the board’s speed based on how you lean your body. The further you lean over your front foot or back, the faster the Gosmilo will go. Accelerate, turn, and decelerate by simply shifting your weight forward—back and left-right.

    What is the difference between Gosmilo X7 and X9?

    The X7 rail is straight but the X9 rail is angled. The other is nearly the same

    Are Gosmilo waterproof?

    Gosmilo is not totally waterproof. They can withstand a certain amount of moisture, but to avoid damage, we recommend taking extra care when riding in or near the water and completely drying the circuit board before charging.

    Can we use the spare parts from other market suppliers?

    It is known that our competitor does not allow third-party parts, but the Gosmilo system is open. Users can use or customize any part from the third-party market to replace Gosmilo parts.
